I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist who has been in the helping field for over 24 years. Creating a safe peaceful place where people can fully express their concerns and off load their worries is one of the benefits of the Holistic Self Care Counseling Services. The therapeutic atmosphere I have created is a place where people can be free from
feeling trapped with no one to turn to due to issues of trust and fear. Through the therapeutic process of Psychodynamic Therapy, Psychotherapy, Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Based, Strength Based, as well as other therapeutic methods, we can work together to develop a more meaningful, happier life. I believe that through introspective awareness, non-judgmental curiosity and compassion for others, movement towards personal growth can be achieved.

It has been said that through conversation, pain and hurt are released and healing begins to take place. It is through conversation that people are released from their worries, pain, shame, concerns, guilt, and other issues that tend to weigh them down. Healing, emotional freedom, and wellness begins at the point of exposure and transparency. Issues that are hidden and emotions that are unchecked will only grow to consume one as well as the people around them. The path to a better life does exist and through the therapeutic process, we can work together to achieve this goal. I firmly believe that investing in the lives of others to improve their quality of living is the most valuable currency there is.
